Choose a Complex Carbohydrate

Minimize Your Sugar Intake
Apart from the calories that you get from sugar, did you know that added sugars also leaves you hungry and craving for more?
According to the University of San Diego School of Medicine, added sugar is typically processed quickly. With that, your blood glucose drops quickly as well, leaving you craving for more food even though you have just eaten a full meal.
This is not an ideal scenario because to maintain the good result of your liposuction, you need to practice portion control along with your diet. So consuming added sugar would make this journey a lot harder for you.
To avoid this, the best way to minimize sugar intake is to be informed and always read the food labels in your food. Because while a small cookie might look innocent, hiding underneath it is loads of added sugar.
