4. Linda McCartney:

@LindaMcCartney underwent treatment utilising liquid silicone injections in an attempt to remove wrinkles around her lips.
Using illegal substances instead of authorised dermal fillers resulted in severe complications, including granuloma formation and systemic toxicity, ultimately contributing to her passing in 1998.
5. Erica Chevillar:
Erica Chevillar was a former Playboy model who sought breast augmentation surgery in 2008.
Unfortunately, she developed an infection shortly after the procedure and passed away due to septic shock caused by bacterial contamination during surgery.

@TaraReid, known for her roles in films like “American Pie,” experienced complications following a botched liposuction and breast augmentation procedure in 2004.
The surgery resulted in visible deformities and uneven contours on her abdomen and breasts.
